NvoGear offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you identify a defect.
Order Cancellation and Returns
NvoGear does not accept order cancellations after 24 hours of completing the purchase and payment on our official website, even if the item has not been shipped yet.
This means that once you place an order and complete the payment on NvoGear's official website, you only have a 24-hour window to request a cancellation, regardless of whether the item has started shipping; after that time frame, your order cannot be canceled, even if the product has not yet been sent out.

You must initiate a cancellation within 24 hours of completing your purchase.
No exceptions for unshipped items:
Even if the product hasn't started shipping, cancellations will not be accepted past the 24-hour period.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return after identifying a defect, the item must be sent back in the original packaging along with the proof of purchase.

If you receive an item different from what you purchased, NvoGear will only accept the return if the packaging is sealed as originally sent. Once the box is opened, even if the item received is different from the one purchased, NvoGear will not accept the return.
